Changes to Course Dates by You

A company or individual may reschedule a course without penalty by giving written notice via e-mail or letter more than 14 days before the scheduled start of the course. If written notice is received within 14 days but more than 5 days prior to the scheduled start date of the course -  they will be charged a "reschedule fee" of £100 which is due and payable before the new agreed scheduled course start date. If written notice is received under 5 days before the scheduled start date of the course they cannot reschedule and will be assessed for the full course fee. Any changes to course dates are based on availability and only 1 reschedule per course is permitted.

Diving is weather and conditions dependant so whilst we will make all reasonable effort to run your Open Water Dive dates at Selsey we cannot guarantee this and there will be occasions when we have to travel to an inland site. If you opt not to travel to the inland site we reserve the right to charge a "reschedule fee" of £100 which is due and payable before the new agreed Open Water Dive dates.

Non-attendance

If a company or individual does not attend a scheduled class and does not notify Mulberry Divers of non-attendance they will charged a 100% no show fee for the session missed and liable to a rescheduling fee to agree new dates.

Late Arrivals

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your course start time as given, because late arrivals disrupt class flow. If a student is more than 15 minutes late the Instructor will decide if he or she is able to join the class, if it will cause too much disruption to other students they will not be allowed to join. Cancellation,  rescheduling and late fees may apply.

Our liability is limited to course fees only. We cannot be held liable for airfare, lodgings or other related expenses including any airline penalties incurred.
